ZLY/ZSY reducers complete paint coating

A batch of ZLY/ZSY extruder gear reducers has completed paint coating at Changzheng Machinery and is being prepared for shipment.

The reducers are intended for extrusion equipment used in plastic and rubber processing and pelletizing lines. The units in this batch have cast iron housings and a hollow output shaft arrangement. These features form part of the connection between the gearbox and the extruder; the shaft bore, ratio and mounting dimensions must be checked against the equipment’s drawings and operating requirements.

With coating complete, the reducers have reached the shipment preparation stage. The final configuration for each unit follows its order specifications. Customers planning a new extruder drive or a replacement can provide the existing gearbox details, equipment drawings, motor data and required output speed for review.
