01Drying & Cooling Equipment
High-Efficiency Rotary Drum Dryer
Continuous rotary drum drying for clay, slag, limestone and other bulk materials, with drum size and process configuration selected for the required moisture reduction.
Product overview
Bulk material drying through controlled gas contact
The rotary dryer consists of a rotating drum, internal lifting flights, a transmission system and supporting assemblies. As the drum rotates, the flights lift and cascade the material through the hot gas stream, promoting heat transfer and moisture evaporation. The inclined drum carries material toward the discharge end for continuous processing.
Internal flights lift and release the material as the drum rotates, increasing contact with the drying gas. Flight configuration can be selected for different material characteristics.
The published range includes both gas flow arrangements. Selection depends on the material and thermal requirements; each listed model has a defined configuration.
Drum slope and rotational speed work with the internal flight arrangement to move material through the dryer while maintaining contact with the hot gas.
Drum size, drive matching and installation layout are selected around feed properties, moisture reduction and required throughput. Custom configurations are available for project-specific requirements.
Technical Configuration
Selection data, presented clearly.
The published range includes six specifications. Capacity and final moisture figures are associated with the listed feed conditions and must be confirmed for the intended material. Drive power refers to the drum motor, not total drying system energy consumption.
Applications
Application contexts.
Rotary dryers are used to reduce moisture in bulk materials before subsequent processing or handling. Material properties determine the suitable drying conditions and equipment arrangement.
- 01Cement & Building MaterialsDrying clay, limestone and other raw materials before downstream preparation and processing.
- 02Metallurgy & Mineral ProcessingMoisture reduction in slag and mineral materials, with configuration selected for feed characteristics and required output.
- 03Chemical Material PreparationDrying suitable bulk process materials to a specified moisture level, subject to their thermal and handling requirements.
